a few words on apollo reef

words can not describe the awesome customer service i have received
i bought 2 units for my tank
i went to hook them up and had big problems
ended up my variable speed ports were bad on my apex
i spent 2 plus hours on a conference
call with the owner of apollo and apex
and this was on a friday from 6 pm to 8pm
anywho
got my apex back and put them up today
this has to be the easiest system to set up and hang ever
and on a side note the way these lights are packaged in unbelievable
they could take a 5 story fall in the box and come out ok

apex also was incredible as far as giving me their time and help

this is a great system with with two great companies

cannot recommend these enough
thanks again for everything

Awesome Chappy!:bigsmile: We were very pleased to help you work out the issues. We understand there are times when the end user has two products meant to work together and for some reason are not and the end user needs help to identify the real issue. Nick at Neptune Systems was very pleasant for us to work with and with the process of returning your Apex for repair. They are great guys, we respect them and their product and we believe they respect us and our lights equally.
Now the fun begins for you! Finding all the neat things you can do with the profiles to make the lights behave just the way you want.

Post some photos or youtubes of your tank under the lights if you can! Im sure the crowd on this thread would appreciate seeing the results!
