A flat white worm?

Hi there

Used to keep a live rock in a separate small tank(prob about 5or less g)

And now I saw this white worm shows up in that empty tank this morning.

What could it be??

A good one or bad one?

Looks like some sort of flatworm (you were close in your description ).
I'm not sure what type this is, but generally they are not a good guy
