Just a word of encouragement. Keep your wife engaged in the hobby even if it’s just a little. Think outside the waterbox. :p Name your prettiest fish after her and make sure she knows it. Take her out to a really nice seafood restaurant or go to the beach.
After all, we only pass this way once.

Got into the saltwater side of aquariums after visiting the New England Aquarium and my wife asking if we can get clownfish. She should've known I'd be at the bottom of the rabbit hole within a week ;Joyful

Very nice!!! I think “clownfish” could be the equivalent to “flowers and a box of candy”
