Hey Everyone,
It has been a while since I sold my reef tank I am getting back into the hobby. I am finishing up details on getting a reef ready 150 gal tank and stand. I am going to start looking at the different equipment I need this week. I am curious if anyone has had issues with floor leveling and some solutions. I would love suggestions on equipment and if anyone has any ideas for my floor issue.

Alright update today looks like I am going for the 150 gal aqueon and the stand I’m still working out the details on that. I can buy an aqueon pine stand from the shop but I’m currently looking at other options. Does anyone have any suggestions?

There's wooden shims. I kick-tap them all in a row, mark their distance under and number in order, cut, color, and put back in a row under the stand. I've also done layers of plastic cutouts for feet that arnt adjustable.

Thanks I actually spoke to him about that today. I was concerned but he said shim it. Shouldn’t be an issue anymore.

Hey Everyone,
My update today looks like I’m just going to accept the stand and tank. It’s just easier for the vendor to bring both pieces and less for me to worry about. I’m going to clean up the the area and take pictures. Next up figuring out equipment and also water station.

Hey Guys,
My guy gets back on Tuesday and the order for the tank will be placed. I am now looking into sumps and I have seen these new roller filters. Is anyone running them and do you feel that they are better then the socks?

Hey Everyone,
Finally an update. I got the tank and I helped get it in the basement wow was it heavy. I can’t believe it’s in. I am going to rinse it off this week and get all the dust cleaned out. I order two things this week. I’ll send more when I clean it up.

Hey Everyone,
It’s been a few weeks been a little crazy but I have some updates. The tank has been cleaned out so I am happy about that. I also made some progress on buying parts for the tank. I purchased a trigger platinum 34 so it comes with a rolller. I also bought the return pump and a utility pump. I also bought some plumbing and 3 AI 32hd lights.

Hey Everyone, I know it has been a while but started making some more progress. I went with a Curve 7 elite skimmer, and two mp 40s. They are coming on Wednesday. I am going to order a 5-stage RO around black Friday, I am also going to go over to my LSF and look for some rock. The last of it is getting the RO hooked up and getting it started. So super close and then hopefully get some better pictures for you guys.

Alright, the tank is up and running. I had some plumbing issues, which I resolved. I don't understand why I am running an M2 pump at 20%, which generates air bubbles even though the water level in the sump is fine. Pictures to follow and a video if I can upload one.
