Polycarbonate, but pretty much the same thing, just more durable. I have it to protect my lights from splashes, and to help keep fish in. I have had lids on this tank from the start. I had the standard glass hinged ones, but the hinge casted a shadow, so I went to these. These help with some evaporation too.
That's "24k" Leptoseris. I got it from a local reefer a few years ago.
That thing just lights up the tank in the best way! Very nice!
Thanks! Yeah, it is pretty aggressive too. It will win a lot of fights with other sps, even some acros.
