A wrong order

I recently placed an order for copepods and micro brittle stars. I received the cocepods and a Macro Algae labled as invasive

I haven’t put it in my tank. Just curious as to what it is ..

I don't recongnise the weed?
Don't smoke your tank with an invasive, ime .

Bump. (It might be easier to ID the plant with an image with the plant pulled out of the water for a photo?)

It’s probably a type of caulerpa that is banned in California.

A little hard to tell with the jar but it looks like possibly Caulerpa prolifera to me
