@john.m.cole3
are you the one with the color test app?
I am also clor blind or color confused... I don't know I just call it blind, lol

The free app is called aquarium note. Download it then select color. It will want you to take a pic of your test kit on the card just like you have above. Then you place a marker on your test vial and the other 2 markers go on the card to mark a range of color. The app figures out how far between those 2 set points you are. I love. Results can be skewed by the amount of lighting you allow in the room. I put mine about a foot away from a window sill with the blinds angled upward so that no direct sunlight hits the test.

World wide Corals keeps their nitrates between 10 and 20 phosphates between .03 and .08. I think they sell some of the most nicely colored corals arouns. Paul B keeps HIGH nutrients. I think nitrates 160 and phosphate 2.0 :eek::eek::eek:

Everyone's system is different. Here's a good thread that discusses having higher than normal nutrients in a succesful reef tank

I highly recommend the Hanna ULR 736 ultra low phosphate checker. Easy to perform test and it gives you a digital read out. I like the Salifert NO3 kit which you already have. from one color blind guy to another, lol
