Does anyone know if the part of the mag float that goes on the outside of the tank is actually sealed? I was looking at using it for a DIY frag rack where this part would actually go inside of my overflow and therefore end up wet/submerged. I can't seem to find this out anywhere. Thanks

I have called the company and left a message and also sent them an email. No word yet though. If I find out, I will post for future reference.
