What are people using for Abyzz intake screens?

They do not, but with the way the impeller is designed there’s not really a need for one. My A400 pictured when I got it last year.

they make one but its on back order. I'd prefer to have something there, although i can see how it may not be needed. I just don't any inlet uncovered, murphy's law and all.

This looks threaded though. I dont remember the abyzz being threaded? Id have to open up the box and have not yet

the pump is not threaded.. but I run mine external so it plumbed into a threaded bulkhead. I couldn't find a slip on on Amazon. BRS has them 2" Slip Bulkhead Strainer - Lifegard. You would need to use the metric to US conversion.

I was looking at the titanium one made by RE. Kind of pricey but so is the pump.
