Acan closing

First time with Acans.. do they just close randomly sometimes? Been in the system probably 3 weeks. Lost power a few days ago for about 24 hours total but it was on and off throughout that. Tank was powerless for about 10 hours. Power has been fine for two days. Yesterday the Acan looked fine. Why wont it open? Should I try feeding it?

they can if something is bothering them. Mine will do it once in a while
