I’ve had this Acan frag for about a month now, and always wondered if it was ok. It never “fills out” or expands like my other Acan, and I never really saw it’s mouth open when spot feeding (granted it’s a small frag). However it’s color and size has remained as-is from when I got it.

Does this guy look healthy and ok?

It looks like it is showing skeleton or receding. Have a white light picture?

Yup!
And under the whites, I fear you may be right :(
Tho it has looked like that since I've had it, so I can't say it's been receding in my tank since it was introduced, meaning I don't think it's gotten worse. Do you think there is a chance it could bounce back?

I'm not an expert so please take with a grain of salt. If you don't think it has gotten any worse than that might be a good sign. You might try to take weekly pictures to verify a change. As long as you can keep most algae off the exposed skeleton and have stable and favorable water conditions it could bounce back. There may be supplements you might try to help it recover, like feeding/frag recover dip, but I don't know what would be best in this situation (maybe someone else can chime in?) So best of wishes friend!
