Acan question..

So my first pic is my acans about a week ago, thriving and really fleshy almost a brown purple color, next day there all sucked up into Skelton, checked water params it was same as always

8.2 ph
10.2 dkh
0 nit
10 nitrates
0 amon
490 cal

Then they come back out when I put them in frag tank but a more minty color and not quite as fleshy..

The dt has 8 t5 running 9 hours a day switched to frag with a Kessil 360w running 10 any ideas?

Acans are weird, I know that is not helpful but sometimes mine will close up for a day or two for no reason and then be fine after it.

Mine have done the same also. You can try feeding them and see if they'll open back up for you.

Once the lights go out, my shrivel back a little bit (unless they have eaten). I wouldnt worry about it unless you start to notice die off
