Acan ultra looking wierd

Hello everyone!

Im a first timer with acans, got this yesterday from the lfs.
I could see the two fluffy polyps but there is a third kinda funky.

Not sure whats happening.

- it a new born and will grow like the other?
- the polyp is stuck in the bone and i have to poke to let them free?
- leave it alone it may be hurt. Its gonna be fine.
