I think this is ASD timesplitter and its a favia but you can ask them directly.

It most definitely was ASD Timesplitter. Good eye! They just never listed the species. It shipped poorly (along with a few other corals that didn't arrive until ~3:30 in the cold) and never recovered :-( Still need to remove the skeleton from my rock.
