That's the normal color it's always had

I'm going to have to agree with the comments above. Maybe they sold you a bleached one without mentioning it??

Lps always look crappy under white/flash lighting...
That acantho looks healthy to me, and yes it's fine if it gets under the rock a little.
Can you shoot pics in blue?

I would increase the lighting a bit... it does look more like a scoly/lobo/brain in that image.

In any case, the coloration should not look like this. Be sure to feed it 2x per week with a meaty food such as mysis or krill as well as put it in a area with a bit higher lighting

Yeah all the lights were off when I took the pic. The lighting was just from the flash on my phone. I'll take a pic today under normal T5's lighting.
