It's a mix of Zooxanthellae and matter that the coral wasn't capable of properly digesting. It that coral in a spot where it can catch a lot of debris or fish food?

the flow blows anything that lands on it off i have only had it 6 days and its feeding tentacles have never been out i wonder if the store has been feeding it i have asked them on facebook but no reply yet

That phosphate is not very high unless it was living at the store at 0.03 or so. I wouldn’t do too much too fast but slowly edge the PO4 down. Eventually 90-100ish par.
