Hi All!

I have never ordered a coral online, but expectrd when it came it would be in a bag of water so i was quite suprised when it showed up in moist wrapping.

My question is....Is there a special acclimation process for corals that arrive "dry"?

Thanks!

I usually float them, then dip, and into the QT (used to be straight to the DT...but I discovered that didn't always end well).

So thankfully it was actually in water...just very little which woupd explain why the box was so very light :-) I was reading another thread about the various ways folks have shipped and received corals so I was delighted to recognize his method from one of our threads. Was super secure! So I proceeded to acclimate, bayer dip, rinse, inspect, replace old frag plug with a new one, rinse again (just to be sure :-) ) and place in my tank. So much easier than if I had received a dry frag. Thanks ya'll!
