So I have a desjardini sailfin and hippo comin up on 6 weeks in qt and will be adding them to the main display on my work weekend to observe during the weekend. My question is I bought a acclimation box but am worried about stressing the new fish out as they both still seam fairly skittish. Has anyone had any problems with over stressing the new arrivals by putting them in a small box in a new environment?

No, at least I don't think I have over stressed any fish. If there is room provide a little cover by adding one or two pvc fittings. Even really skittish fish settle in a few minutes. Just keep outside of the tank activity to a minimum.
