how concerned should i be about acetabularia taking over my rockwork? its honestly growing everywhere. Will it irritate corals?

and also does anyone know if this is cyano or dinos or both? i have been dealing with slime and bubbles of all different colors for months now with a recent major bloom caused by one of my cleaner shrimps dying without me being able to get the body out and i believe also caused a stress event to take out my yellow tang i was trying to manage ich on, which ultimately failed horribly and the tang died a few days ago. I have been changing about 10-20% water every week or 2.
