Achilles tang with a white spot

I woke up this morning and my Achilles tang has a white spot on his forehead. He’s eating well and is acting fine.

That looks like an injury. Do I see some small white spots on the fins though?

That doesn’t look like lymphocystis. See how it is circular, radiating out from a central point? That’s how bacterial infections tend to grow.

That’s a lymph on the fin. The mark on the head is from hitting a rock or something.

Oh, I thought I saw some smaller spots on the fin, that larger diffuse one is lymphocystis.
