My Achilles tang looks very pale and blotchy like the pic attached. It is in copper in my QT tank currently. Any ideas what it could be?

Pale just means its stressed out, usually poor water quality makes them turn white almost. Not sure of the blotchyness without a pic.

Thanks for the response. Not home at the moment. By blotchy I mean that dark mark that is on the fishes body in the picture I attached. It is identical.

I've never seen that dark spot on any of my achilles before so I wouldn't be able to give my opinion on that. Best of luck.
