acontia filaments?

I was feeding the fish some Mysis and noticed my little Garf Bonsai frag had a little think cluster of white tentacles. Just wondering is they are acontia filaments

Is this a bad thing? Seems like most are saying a mixed batch of things about it.. I’m hoping it was just in an aggressive feeding mode or something and not because it’s stressed..
