Depends on a lot of factors. What lighting do you have over the 40 breeder? Flow? In general I would place the Red Dragon low to mid tank (assuming decent lighting that is going to support the needs of SPS to the bottom of the tank), and the Cali Tort and Green Slimer can go just about anywhere in the tank. The red planet it really depends on what colors you are wanting to achieve out of it. If you want a mostly red coral then place it up top, if you want the nice green base and red polyps then place it lower in the tank. Good luck.

I have two hydra 52 at 10" water surface. Running 80 on DB, B, 60 on UV, Violet, 36 for red and green, 40 for white. Flow using 2 jebao rw8 ( w1, w2) and one jebao rw15 (else mode). Also i have the hawkin enchinta too.

The red dragon will be more red in lower light and they like low flow.

I dunno.... I can't seem to make mine very happy. It seems to do better in moderate light than high though. I get purple tips at 10" rather than 6"
