When I got this as a 3/4” Frag, it was sold to me as a Garf Bonsai. Now that it’s growing out, I’m being told it not a Garf Bonsai, but something else. What’s the consensus? Garf Bonsai or something else? Maybe Garf could tell me.

WWC “WOW”. Still waiting to see it start branching. I’ve only had it for about 4 months.
+1 to Acropora carduus and getting one acclimated to your lighting is great! I cant get hold of any here because they just don’t acclimate well to my LFS’s lighting. When I got this as a 3/4” Frag, it was sold to me as a Garf Bonsai. I have several duplicate corals with different names from wwc, but from ebay auction, so I guess it's more ok than buying direct, with off names..otherwise why put a name on it if we can't keep track.I got the coral as a Frag off of what I was told was a Garf Bonsai out of the 1500 gal show tank at WWC. Now they are saying it looks like their WWC moonshine. I have that one as well and it’s quite different. They have me confused.
Thanks. I really like the guys at WWC, but I’m finding that as well, that I’ve picked what I thought were different corals with different names, but as they grow out, some are really starting to look like duplicates. My original corals all came from WWC, but after I had the ones I wanted, I moved over to TSA and SBB. Finding some good ones with them. Here are some pics of my top ledge. First Acro’s went in 1 September. Some are growing fast, some are slow pokes. The Monti’s are all growing fast. These naming pics are a two months old. You can see in the second picture the Garf Bonsai. its doubled in size since then.I have several duplicate corals with different names from wwc, but from ebay auction, so I guess it's more ok than buying direct, with off names..otherwise why put a name on it if we can't keep track.
But hey they all looks good to me!
