I did a search and can't find a definitive answer to this. It's been asked numerous times but never really answered, at least that I could find.

The bottle states it needs shaken before adding, does anyone know if Julian Sprung has ever weighed in on this question?

Any info on this would be appreciated.

I know of a bunch of people that use it on a doser. I have been using a doser with acropower for the last 3 months with no issues at all.

I just finished my first bottle that I've been dosing also, with no problems either. I was just wondering if it settles out and is more concentrated at the bottom of the bottle and by the time it's almost gone you're dosing a very weak solution?

Guess I could pour some in a glass cup and leave it for a couple of days to see if it settles.
Thanks

My last tank I'd have it on a doser and every other day or two I'd just give it a quick spin. Never had problems.

Hello,

There is no need to shake or stir AcroPower. It is entirely well mixed during production and should not fall out of solution. So, yes you can dose it with a dosing pump that does not have a stir bar in the dosing vessel.

Best to have the dosing line simply draw from the bottle through the cap.

Thx

That settles that. Straight from the source, thanks
ty does this stuff really work

Yes it does as long as your nutrients are already low. It helps quite a bit if you have low Nitrates, not sure if it's better than any of the other brands of Aminos but it helps my tank.

Be careful with it if you already have high nutrients , you can run into some Cyanobacteria or algae problems from dosing.
