Acrylic Anchor - UK

Hii, does anyone in the UK no of anywhere that would manufacture something like the attached photo?

I have spoken to the owner of the tank, they said it is an Acrylic Replica but they got it almost 20 years ago from a specialist.

Let me know if you have any ideas, I have looked at some acrylic manufacturers but they just seem to make display cabinets etc

My guess is you could take the 'pattern', idea - to any acrylic store and they could cut it. I would imagine any plastic type 'chain' would work
