When I looked into this, I found my best price by far was from a local vendor. Have you looked for plastic suppliers in your area?

Online, there's certainly a few, but I thought Shapes Plastics had decent prices, and will cut to size too:

I don't think there's anyone around me unfortunately. I live in a fairly rural area. I'll check out shapes!
