I'm building a large 125 gallon acryllic tank into a sump and was wondering if anyone has done this and can post some pictures of a large acryllic sump DIY build? I really do not want to acryllic weld/bond the baffles to the sides of the acryllic sump so I have some future flexibility. Will silicone bond glass baffles or acryllic baffles better? Has anyone used silicone on an acryllic tank?

I was thinking of 4 chamber sump:
1st chamber - Large drain section for 6 qty 1 inch return pipes (frag tanks)
2nd chamber - Skimmer + 4 qty 300 watt heaters
3rd chamber - live rock -bio media - or future cheato/refugium
4th chamber - large return area for 3qty jebao 10K pumps plus ATO

It won’t bond.

Would be helpful to see a drawing. And known size of DT to determine if pump section big enough. Need to consider drain off volume.

Plus 3 return pumps is a lot of outgoing volume
