Is there a shrimp that doesn't hide away all day? Will a fire shrimp, or a cleaner stay out and about more?

Current occupants:
1 or 2 peppermint shrimp (not attached to those guys, they ate the aiptasia)
1 Bangaii cardinal
1 Royal Gamma
1 Purple firefish
1 orange spotted watchman goby
1 carpenter flasher wrasse
1 green chromis.

Planning on picking up a pair of ocellaris clowns in a couple weeks.

I had a banded coral shrimp for a while, and it was always hiding unless it was feeding time. He got moved to the sump when I picked up a pair of peppermints for aiptaisa. Poor guy got cooked due to an accident (another thread about that...). So now I have at least one of the peppermints left, I never see both out at the same time and always after lights out.

Cleaner shrimp will be out a lot
Mines out about 75% of the time. And when feeding the tank, he swims right to the surface. Everytime

I have also found that scarlet cleaners are out the most. I think that cleaners and fire shrimp both are more active when they are in pairs.
