I have a Reef Octopus NWB150 skimmer. The OTP 2000 pump is starting to develop issues. I was planning on getting an Aquatrance 2000. Is there any adapter I need. Or just the pump itself? Thanks.

Most skimmer has adapter in between the pump and itself. So the best is to look on the skimmer manufacturers website for more info. and if you buy the pump, it will come without adapter unless you buy directly from manufacturer and add-on adapter that fits your skimmer. TBH, I would just replace the same pump model as the current one.

If your OTP pump has the large grey threads on the output the Aquatrance 2000s will mount directly up to it with no additional adapters required.
