Adaptive Reef Switch box issue

I purchased an Adaptive a reef toggle switch box through BRS and it’s been plugged into my apex without being programmed since I started my tank last8 months ago. Finally I’m wanting to figure out my issues.

when I toggle a switch I don’t see the corresponding switch change from open to closed in the fusion app. Is something wrong with my toggle box?

Did you wait long enough? Fusion only updates like every 30 seconds or so. Gotta keep the switch closed for a while.
