Adaptive Reef's "COMPLETE HINGE KIT" for their Controller Boards? for $35.99?

Hey ya'll. Has anyone with a an Adaptive Reef Controller Board bought their "COMPLETE HINGE KIT" to make it swing open and closed? The "kit" they sell is like $35.99 and it literally looks like just a couple of hinges. Anyone know if just just buy similar hinges for like $10 and do the same thing? Is there something else included that I'm not seeing? Surely someone here has tried it?

Since the kit comes with 2 sets of hinges in black and white, both sets of colored trim pieces, and hardware to install could be why the price is so high.

I personally would just buy some stainless hinges, and screws and call it a day.

Yes, you can buy simple hinges and just use them.

We are currently working on a new hinge solution in Black alone to make the price a bit better.

You absolutely do not need our kit to put hinges on the boards most hinges can work is some manner from home depot.

Also due to the demand, we are already looking at adding them to the deluxe as a standard feature.

oh hey Elder? I was wondering, for ya'll's actual CABINET, can those somehow be modified to use hinges if you're not crazy about the magnet feature? is that a thing?
