I have a 28 gallon tank that has been going for just over 6 months. It had a neon goby up until 3 days ago when I added a tail spot blenny and clownfish (finished QT together). Things were looking happy—until I got home from work today.

Most of the corals are drawn in and my RBTA folded itself up; however, the fish seem fine.

Parameters:
Nitrate: 0.7ish
Calcium 420
Alk 8
Mg 1350
Salinity 1.025
Phosphate: 0.24 (been high and working on lowering it slowly with phosguard)

Unfortunately I don’t have my ammonia or nitrite test kits anymore.

Did I add the fish too quickly for my size of tank ? If so, I will move one back to the QT.

Thanks!

Thanks for your help—

I’m debating on doing a water change or just waiting a day or two and see if things stabilize.I don’t think I’ve been over feeding. I feed what they will eat in 45-60 seconds, 1x/day. Obviously feeding in the tank has increased due to adding the fish.
