ok so about two months ago i had it out with n ich outbreak... lost almost all my fish but four. i have not seen any signs of ich for bout 6 weeks.. think it safe to start adding new???? thanks guys n gals!!

It can lay dormant for many months if you're deciding on adding any more new Fish I personally would add extra vitamins to their food to help them fight The parasite off themselves also you could try adding a stress coat, these are couple of things you could try

Months????? Outch... I am feeding vitamins with there food n every one is doing great!! I was doseing n addative that was soupose to help with the slim coat but have stoped scince have had no signs

If you didn't remove all the fish & treat them, and let the tank run fallow for 6-8 weeks, the odds are good that you still have ick in your tank.

Yes all the fish stayed in the tank.... 125g with about #110 rock n bout #150 sand n most of the rock work is epoxyed together.. No way could i catch the fish if i tryed.... N one fish is a groby n lives in the sand under one of my biggest rock islands... I yreated the entire tank with a slim coat additaive....
