I added 3 bags of Pods+ to my Reef Cleaners order and it just arrived. The pod cultures appear to be grown in a phytoplankton mix as the bags are quite green.

Should I sieve the pods through and discard the water? I understand they use this phytoplankton water as their food source but would adding it to my raise nutrient levels?
