Adding extra fans to an ATI dimmable sunpower

I have a 6 bulb ATI dimmable sunpower and i'm looking to retro some led's. I'm wondering if I can add a set of fans to the current fans in the fixture. It looks like the fans are controlled via the controller.

There may be a way to put new fans in, or overvolt the current fans, which I would not recommend.

I just wanted to add a pair of fans to the existing fans and run them off the same wiring. I don't think it will overvolt.. maybe undervolt if that's a word.
