So recently I have added a wavemaker to my tank to help with surface agitation and because I added corals. I also added a AI prime light to grow the corals well ever since I did that my clowns wont calm down and frantically pase back and forth and my RG decided now after being in the tank for almost 3 months wants to dig to China under the rock it lives in making the tank cloudy every morning smh. My six line wrasse as always been a scared butt so I'm not worried about him but did any of you guys have these problems as well? Is it going to take some acclimating just like anything else? Since they didn't have the light and wave maker for almost 3 months while in the tank. Thanks for any advice

Well the wavemaker wasn't a problem as I had it for a few days and the clowns were fine. It wasn't until I added the new light which is way way more bright as I had a cheap 10$ desk lamp light just to make sure no algae blooms and things like that so they were accustomed to a low lit yellow light compared to the new blue white light led and it's a 20 long

So I just got home from work and they are pacing again. It has to be the new light because I turned on the desk lamp this morning before I went to work to feed them so corals wouldn't open up an mess u lol the photo period and both clowns acted totally normal swam.in same spot we're cool calm and collect and now that the light is on the AI prime they are swimming back and forth. Could it be the intensity of the light or just because it's so much more bright and different than the cheap 10$ swap lamp I had for almost 3 months lol

I never heard of a light being too intense for fish. I have metal h, t5 and led. That has to be more light then yours.

Start gradual with light and water flow and build up weekly at small percentages to get livestock accustomed to new settings
