I have a 44gallon. Just got rid of a very very very large leather that used to take up the space up top, now I have the giant negative space and I'm not a fan of it. I thought about adding a tall rock to the back, it would be a moderate to lower light(due to how the light cones in my tank) and moderate flow area.

Would you cure 1 dry rock if its just adding to what you already have? I run gfo, should I expect a decent climb in phosphate with that in consideration? Are there any synthetic rock options that may not need a cure?
