My 5' x 2' 135g tank is at it's limit for large species with a Foxface, Powder Blue, Yellow and White Tail tangs. What smaller fish can I add which won't be overwhelmed by these big active tankmates? Are Anthias a possibility?

You could get lucky and make it work but with an established powder blue it’s going to be a risk.

Acclimation box and yes within reason. PBT may be a issue but not necessarily

Honestly, it’ll be hard - Most small fish wither away when added into larger fish.
