I have a 120 and a 45 frag tank.
Esv 2 part in frag.
Carx with manmade media in 120.
I dose esv trace daily and strontium weekly.
My trace is dsr ez trace.
I test for mag and potassium and strontium to determine dosing amount.
I do not do scheduled water changes.
I would not dose anything you cant test for as its just a guess.
Water changes? If you are doing 10% weekly you may not need any trace dosing at this time. Only testing will tell.
Check my build thread for more info.

Esv is what my new favorite lfs is using. The problem is i have money wraped up in this seachem stuff due to being told it what i needed. Then again this is rhe same store that tricked me as a noob in to investing all my money in the complete current usa loop system. Wishing i never had at this point.

Needless to say i only go there to buy fish if my new one doesnt have what im wanting at that moment.

On a side note.. I hate lfs who sell something that they are not even using and dont sell what they use.
