Adhesive question for sump build

I need to attach some nylon egg crate to the glass on my sump. If I use silicone, will it adhere to the nylon? If not, what adhesive do you recommend I use? TIA!!

That isn't really different then acrylic baffled in a glass sump. I have done that in the past and gotten good seals.

Silicone should work just fine.
