Advanced Acrylics is KILLING IT!!!

OK so without a doubt this has been one of my best experiences with a vendor in the hobby. I needed a frag tank for a rebuild I'm doing and couldn't find the exact dimensions I needed on their site. So I gave them a call and spoke with John. He gave me a quote the same day with shipping included in the price. He told me 2 weeks.......now let that sink in a bit......2 weeks for a custom build......not too shabby. So maybe 3 days into the build John hits me up letting me know that he could hook me up with an additional tank if I wanted and since they'd ship together he could give me a considerable discount. As tempted as I was I declined because I didn't have room for an additional tank of that size....................................however, I did plan on picking up a second smaller tank later down road a piece. I asked him if I could get a discount on a smaller tank being that they would ship together and he said "yes"!!! And as luck would have it the tank I wanted was also on sale :D So I got the second tank at a ridiculously good price and was already extremely satisfied with AA so far. So today my tanks arrived...........................a full 9 days after the build started!!! They didn't even take the full 2 weeks!!! I was thinking 2 weeks then a full week for shipping, but instead they were able to build, pack and have them arrive at my door in 9 freaking days. Amazing!!!
OK so how do the tanks look?? Worth every penny if I had paid double. Seems look tough, not a scratch on the super clear acrylic, rounded corners, black back panels. I got mine built with the external overflows and the bigger one came with dual overflows which I really appreciate. Just all around really good work.
I cannot overstate how extremely satisfied I am with the entire experience from start to finish. PLEASE if you're thinking about picking up a frag tank then hit up Advanced Acrylic. The prices are super reasonable and John is just ridiculously easy to work with and a super nice guy. A million thumbs up :D

He does great work. he has made me 2 sumps (matching for my sump room) and 2 frag tanks. Great work - professional company.

Cute dogs. I'm glad you had a good experience with AA. There are a number of people in Southern California who have had a nightmare of a time getting what they ordered from John. He does not have a reputation for reliability.

Thanks :) I tried putting some WWC hats on them but they weren't feeling it. As for AA I can only speak to my experience with them and it was beyond professional in my opinion. -A

Really? I'm in San Diego and I've purchased 2 sumps from him. One was for a nano tank and the stock dimensions that are on his site weren't going to fit in the stand so I asked him if he could take 2 inches in the length of the stock one and add it to the width instead and he did without charging me extra than what the stock dimension one cost. I had the sump at my door 3 days later.

First time I hear from socal folk say they had issues.
