to make a long story short, I purchased a stock sump tank from advanced acrylics, when it finally came the box was damaged so was the sump, I didn't think the packaging was very strong but I called and spoke to the woman on the phone and she told me that they would have to put in a claim with UPS, etc etc,

Maybe I'm missing something... what does damage incurred during shipping have to do with a product being reef safe?

Sorry it showed up damaged, that sucks. Hopefully they will fix it for you.

Don't know what happened there, anyway, I repackaged it back it was picked up a week later another sump came , even worse shape, I called asked for a refund, the owner called me , he said he would send one out the next day and credit my card, wellll
Over a week, no sump, no credit, no returned emails or phone calls, don't know what to do, !!!

Sorry I didn't get to finish before it uploaded, it's a pun, for them having ****** customer service, I ordered two t5 bulbs from brs, one came correct the other was wrong and the wrong size, I called and they sent the correct one within two days and said keep or throw the wrong one away! That's their fault and they fixed it , no questions!!
