Tank specs:
24g Nano Cube
2x36 50/50 PCs
0ppm ammonia/nitrite
<20ppm nitrate (hovers just above 10ppm depending on WC status)
7.8AM/8.1PM pH
410ppm calcium
9 dKH
.03 phosphorous (not testing magnesium yet)

Hi all, need some advice on this coral. It came with a mixed coral pack I bought (everything else was softies). I've had it about a week now. Everything else in my tank is softies and is super happy, splitting/spreading, etc. but I think this guy might be browning some. I know what to look for in soft corals but not sure about stonies.

I know this is supposed to be a "low light" coral, but my whole set up is pretty low light for hard corals so I started it at the very top (about 5" total below lights). I feed the whole tank daily because of my sponges. Can this coral survive in my lighting? Should I even move it down? What signs of health should I look for in this variety? I really love it but if I can't support its needs I'll see if I can swap it with someone who can.

The first pic is from right after I received it and the second two pics are from tonight.

Thank you!

I have had several Lepto's and only had success with my present one. I would suggest moving it to the right or left side out of the direct center light. I have mine in the shaded area, but like you stated your light are not that intense.

Your tank looks great by the way.:)
