Affordable Aquatic.com- thoughts?

I ordered a reasonably priced skimmer from them last week and they billed my credit card but have not shipped it yet. All my other packages from various other sites have all been delivered today. The phone number given goes straight to a full inbox voicemail. I emailed the sales office and still have not heard a reply. I'm starting to feel scammed.

Since the vender is busy with all else, I doubt I'll get feedback from them on this thread. I'm just curious if others have had good transactions with this company and if my concern is misdirected?

They disappeared. Call your credit card company. I can almost guarantee you won't receive what you orderd. They were a sponsor for our club and no one can get a hold of them

I figured.

I called and disputed the charge on my card. So far I have not heard an answer from that. It lowered my score, but it was worth saving the $235. I had to get a new card too. Totally bogus.

I guess to anyone in the hobby, you should be really aware of who your dealing with.
