Hello everyone I just got a small frag of Xenia and they look great. So after a good cleaning and dip. The Xenia is down now for about a hour now. My dip cleaning is about 15 min long and rinse in fresh tank water for 4 to 5 min, then into display tank. But now he don't look too happy. 50% water change was four days ago and all parameters are great as per today. Will he come back. All my other corals are doing great.

Not really sure if Xenia needs any kind of dipping unless it comes attached to something. But it can certainly stay irritated for a good long while before it settles in.

Kind of glad that I did do the dip within doing a dip there was six worms on the bottom of the bucket. It was on a rock with a lot of algae on it so while scrubbing the algae off and letting it set for that time that's when I noticed on the bottle of the bucket it was I count to six red worms.

Once Xenia is irritated it can take days to come back full again.
