Wondering if anyone has ever drilled holes in the side of a Red Sea cabinet (mine specifically is a Red Sea 250) AFTER the system has been up and running for years. I want less clutter in my cabinet so I want to run testing/dosing lines directly from the sump out the left side of the cabinet. I have a small cabinet sitting beside my tank to the left of it that houses my testers and dosers. Will the vibrations from drilling (4-6 small holes) cause any wear on the seams? Can the glass, full of water, handle that kinda vibration?

The tank will handle it fine, just make small holes; ideally not near the edge of any one panel! — the structure of the stand being compromised is more of a concern than anything…
