Aggressive clownfish

So I have had these clownfish for a few weeks and it seems that the slightly larger one is being very aggressive towards the other. The smaller one is staying in the top corner of my tank and the larger gets aggressive when he ventures out further. Is this normal?

What do you mean by aggressive? It’s pretty normal that one clownfish will chase the other one or confine him to a corner of the tank while working out the pecking order. If the larger is physically harming the smaller one, though, you will need to separate them.

I can't really tell if he is harming the other or not. The smaller definitely looks scared if that makes sense.

Are they the same species? Just curious.

Yes they are both ocellaris. I bought them together as a pair.

Then as someone suggested, they are likely just doing their thing, and in time it should sort out. If you see actually nipped fins or other injury, you might need to drop in an egg crate divider for a time or use an acclimation box, but don't be quick to throw in the towel. Best wishes!
