Hi guys,

New to posting but I have been reading through a lot of the articles on here and I thought it’s my time to post.

5 days into the cycle on my Fluval Evo 13.5, I’ve upgraded the pump to the Eheim 600 and I’ve added the VCA 1/2 RFG and I’ve also blocked the hole on the back wall.

Can somebody please let me know if this is enough agitation? I really don’t want want to add a power head if I don’t have to. Also, will that top layer disappear over time? It seems to be from the sand when I started the tank.

Cheers!
