Agression between Acans?

I have had the attached Green Acan for a while, was doing great. Bought the Orange one and placed it close to Green in an Acan garden. A few weeks later, notices a few polyps receding on green Acan, but didn't think much of it. Woke this am to find green Acan almost completely covered with mesenteric filaments coming directly from Orange Acan. My question: I thought Acans were safe to place next to other Acans. Are there different types of Acans which are not compatible? Or is the Orange coral not an Acan?

Ya sadly two different types of acans.

Echinata's are highly aggressive,and have long sweeper tentacles.

All "Lord's" (now classified as Micro's) which are identical to your poor green acan,are totally safe to touch one another.

I attached pica of my old Acan garden,all of which started out with no more than 1-2 heads.

Thats a very old garden,I miss it and one day will have another. But thank you,I appreciate it.
